The New Barleycorn Concert

John Delaney and Alice De-Gabriele played their hearts out Saturday night, December 6yh at the Parish Center of St. Pious X to an enthusiastic crowd.  There was a definite electric feeling throughout the hall once the band walked on stage.

Some of the bands repertoire included "Dublin", "Lord of the Dance", "Steal Away", and "Skibereen".  One of the many high points of the evening was when Alec sang "Mam's Lullaby".  It was hilarious!

The concert was spontaneous (as well as the crowd) and went well past 10:30 PM.  Too bad for those who where unable to attend but maybe with some luck, we'll be able to bring these guys back sometime in the future for another encore performance
